Timothy A. Woessner

Mr. Timothy A. Woessner was born and raised in Byron, Minnesota. Upon graduating from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, with a major in political science and a minor in history, Tim worked for the Mayo Clinic for two years prior to entering law school.

Tim earned his law degree in 2008 from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul and returned home to begin practicing law. Tim specializes in following areas: condemnation, land use and zoning issues; administrative law, including licensing disputes involving state agencies; family law, including marital dissolution, custody disputes, and adoptions; personal injury; and commercial litigation, including contract disputes. Tim’s diversified experience gives him the ability to help many clients in need of expertise.

Tim is admitted to practice law before the courts in the State of Minnesota since 2008 and before the United States District Court of the State of Minnesota since 2009. He acts as a volunteer attorney with Legal Assistance of Olmsted County by donating legal services to indigent clients. He also is a member of Kasson-Mantorville Lions Club, Dodge Center EDA and the Dodge Center Public Library Foundation. He is a former member of the board of directors for Legal Assistance of Olmsted County and the board of directors for the Rochester Public School Foundation. Tim is currently a member of both the Dodge and Olmsted County Bar Associations, and the Minnesota State Bar Association.
