Brian Weber has been practicing law in Dodge County for over thirty years, with extensive experience in the areas of real estate and commercial transactions, litigation, municipal law, estate planning and agricultural law. He has argued cases before the Minnesota Court of Appeals, as well as the Minnesota Supreme Court, involving complex commercial litigation. Mr. Weber represents both creditors and debtors in loan workouts and advises businesses and farm operations. Mr. Weber focuses his practice today on real estate, probate/estate planning and farm succession plans, as well as business solutions and legal strategies.

Mr. Weber has been admitted to practice law before the Courts in the State of Minnesota since 1977 and U.S. District Court for the State of Minnesota since 1978.
PROFESSIONAL AND COMMUNITY SERVICE:
Brian has devoted his time to serve his community as past member of the West Concord School Board and was instrumental in the consolidation of that District, with the cities of Dodge Center, Claremont and West Concord, into what is now known as the Triton School District. In addition, Brian is a charter member of the Dodge Center Library Foundation, and the Triton Education Foundation where he continues to serve as the Secretary and Board Director.
Mr. Weber has also served as Chairman of the Fifth District (four counties) Bar Association Committee for Professional Responsibility and Fee Arbitration which regulate the conduct and fees charged by local lawyers. In the past, Mr. Weber served as Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President and President of the Fifth District State Bar Association as well as a member of the board of directors of Minnesota State Bar Foundation. Mr. Weber continues as President of the Dodge County Bar Association. Mr. Weber also donates his time and legal services to indigent citizens and has received a number of awards recognizing his services as an outstanding volunteer attorney for the Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, Inc. Brian Weber continues as the Dodge Center City Attorney since 1979 handling the City’s civil matters. Mr. Weber is also a former Administrative Law Judge for the State of Minnesota handling family law/child support matters. He has counseled numerous non-profit and community organizations such as Pheasants Forever, the above mentioned Foundations, Dodge Country Club, Kasson Friends of the Library, Triton Booster Club, Triton Rainbow Foundation and numerous other community oriented organizations. Moreover, in 2010 Attorney Weber was inducted into the Business Persons Hall of Fame for the Dodge Center Community, recognizing his many contributions and voluntary service to the community.
